- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have used this vet office since before Dr Amy had an office. After 3 yrs I got a new puppy and went into the office for her shot. I did not know to sign in , I sat down and waited for 10 min. then realized I should have signed in. There was only me and another person in the lobby, the man receptionist never acknowledged me until AFTER I signed in and sat down. So unfriendly - I have been back a number of times and he is never friendly... Last Saturday my puppy got into something and swelled up - I immediately called the vet office (which is 5 minutes from my house) the girl on the phone said they were closing in 30 minutes and can't see her. She said to go to the emg vet clinic (which is 30-35 min away) my puppy is a French Bulldog and if she was in any kind of breathing distress she probably wouldn't have made it.
